A lecturer from the department of Geology in Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko has been confirmed dead at the early hours of Tuesday April 6, 2021.
According to an eye witness, the deceased, Mr Adegbuyi was said to have parked his vehicle around permanent site area in Akungba-Akoko, came down to ease himself by the road side and then went back to his car, the people in the area became uncomfortable after it occurred to them the lecturer has been in his car for some hours without moving, thereby restricting the movement of other vehicles.
The position they met him got them confused which make them call the police, upon the security operatives arrival, he was confirmed dead.
Some witness said the incident is either medically or spiritually because it looks so shocking and surprising. According to Geology president, he said Mr Adegbuyi was sick for some times now.
Another person reacting said: “there are times BP rise and if something strangely happen to such person it might lead to death like this which is why medical check up is required often.”
The whole student of Geology department shows their condolence to Mr Adegbuyi family.
