Physical Fitness is a state of health and well-being. Physical fitness is generally achieved through physical exercise, proper nutrition, and sufficient rest.
Exercise, however, is planned, structured, repetitive and intentional movement of the body to improve or maintain physical fitness. Regular physical exercise can improve muscle strength.
Exercise delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and helps the cardiovascular system work efficiently. If the health improves and the body is fit, you have more energy to carry out the day-to-day work. Examples include jogging, swimming, biking, skating among other exercise.
Exercising is a key to good health. We have many methods when it comes to exercising the body. As students, we should practice the aerobic exercise.
Aerobic Exercise which speeds up the heart rate and breathing. It is important for body functioning. Aerobic exercise helps relax blood vessel walls, burn body fats, reduce inflammation among others. Exercise keeps the heart, lungs and circulatory system healthy and improves one’s overall fitness.
