Cristiano Ronaldo officially becomes the highest scoring footballer in history

Cristiano Ronaldo has now become the highest scoring footballer in history for club and country in football history.

The Portuguese surpassed Pele’s record of 757 goals some weeks ago before levelling Josef Bican goal record of 759 goals with his goal against Sassuolo last week.

The 35-year-old goal against Napoli to open the scoring in Wednesday’s night 2-0 Supercoppa Italiana win took him to a record-breaking 760 goals across his wonderful career.

The five-time Ballon d’Or winner is now officially the highest scoring footballer in the world.
