Breaking news!!! Frank Lampard sacked by Chelsea

Frank Lampard has been sacked by Chelsea following poor Premier League run of form

Telegraph reported today. Chelsea board ‘furious’ and ‘disappointed’ for weeks.

The sacking comes just one day after Lampard’s Chelsea beat Luton Town 3-1 in the FA Cup, advancing into the 5th round of the competition.

Lampard managed Chelsea for only one and half years, but ended the last few weeks of his time at Stamford Bridge with five defeats in the last eight games.

The 42-year-old ended last season in an impressive fashion clinching into top-four finish despite Chelsea’s inability to sign any player after the club suffer a transfer ban in the summer that he joined.

Chelsea have failed to impress this season despite spending £220 million ($275m) on new signings.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Thomas Tuchel is set to become the new Chelsea manager.
Tuchel has accepted the Chelsea and is expected to sign in the coming hours.
