The Student Union Electoral Committee, SUEC, on Saturday, June 12, 2021 has announced the postponement of the Student Union election till ‘further notice’.
This was disclosed in a statement signed by the SUEC Chairman, Dr S.I Aina and the secretary, Ojurere Kayode-Oluwafemi.
AAUA Insider reported that the electoral body in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko known as SUEC had earlier announced June 16 202 as the day for Student Union elections for the SUG elections
According to the information reaching AAUA Insider, the date is no longer feasible as the SU election has been shifted to a later date to be announced by the electoral body.
According to the statement, aspirants can still go on campaigning, and the entirety of the students are to await process and date.
