A student-led non-government organization, HELPING HANDS FOUNDATION recently led members and students of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko to Daughters of Grace Charity Home in Ayepe, Iwaro in a show of love.
The visit, held on February 14 saw the team arrive at the orphanage with provisions and other materials for the needy.
Among the students present was Comr. Tannitee and Comr. Olasebi Stanley (Oluwaferanmi)
In a statement signed by the President of the foundation Comrade Oluwaferanmi, he expressed utmost pleasure at the actualidation of the project. He further urged the sponsors and participants not to relent in spreading hope for the needy.
In his words, “The executive members of the above named foundation that is dedicated and committed to the effort of elevating Hopes In the lives of the less privileged sincerely appreciate all members and sponsors who contributed both in cash and material towards the realization of yet another step forward in our efforts to accomplish the mission and vision of elevating the lives and hopes of the less privileged in today’s visitation to the Old people’s Home tagged “Love For Orphans” which was set aside specifically to earmark year 2021 Valentine Day.
“Our journey down to DAUGHTERS OF CHARITY HOME, AYEPE today was made possible because we enjoyed your support and cooperation. You all brought smile to glow the faces of those less privileged Old people and happiness to their hearts today. It is our utmost belief that the prayers said for all the contributors by the Leaders of the organization today will manifest in our lives.
“Our prayer remains that we shall all be blessed more in all our ways and be strengthened in our continual service to humanity”.
