The newly sworn-in executive members of National Association of Mass Communication Students (NAMACOS AAUA) has promised dutiful diligence following the expiration of the Oloye-led administration.
This was made at the handing over ceremony held in the department’s relaxation centre (MRC) on Monday.
Promise Adagba, the sworn-in President, disclosed at the event that he is very excited for the opportunity given.
He said, “It is amazing being able to stand before all of you and share this special moment in the history of NAMACOS, we are beyond humbled and honoured to be part of this amazing Association”.
He said their promises shall be fulfilled and with the help of all the members of the association, it will be a successful administration.
“It may be unfortunate that we will be without 100 level students in this session, I wish to assure you all that this administration will not be deterred by this regrettable development.”
“We shall improvise varieties of activities that will cut across all levels within the association,” he added.
‘A tree cannot make a forest’ — Oloye
Ikulajolu Adesola also known as Oloye, the now-former President, appreciated members of the association for giving him the opportunity to serve.
He also disclosed that his administration was able to achieve with the help of all members and he appreciates all for their financial, humanitarian and physical support.
He said, “I say thank you to all members, it’s an honor to serve you all. I want to urge everyone of us to support the new administration as we have always do.”

The names of the executives and their post are as follows: President, Adagba Promise O; Vice president, Olayiwola Nifemi; General Secretary, Babalola Olamilekan; Public Relations Officer (PRO), Olukayode Goodness; Financial Secretary, Oyolola Samuel; Treasurer, Philipps Ilerioluwa; Welfare Director, Eniola Ayomiposi; Social Director, Olakanye Femi; Sport Director: Oluwadahun Olalekan; Assistant General Secretary, Maka Irene.
